Dear friends of adoption:

Welcome to my website, intended to tell you more about adoption, and my law practice. As an attorney, I dedicate my practice exclusively to adoption, and have done so for twenty-two years. I love my job, helping to bring birth mothers and adoptive parents together, as I believe adoption is the ultimate loving act - putting a child first. Adoption can be a complex legal act, but I strive to make it feel smooth, simple and emotionally rewarding for everyone I work with.

I'd like to do two things, first to tell you about adoption (so you can see if it is right for you); and second, tell you about me (so you can see if I am the right attorney for you). • I'm a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys (only 25 attorneys are admitted in California).
• I strive to educate the public in planning safe, ethical and loving adoptions and have authored some of the most popular adoption books in the United States. (The covers are below, available at internet retailers like Amazon, as well as bookstores and libraries.)
• In my law practice I do ONLY adoptions. I'm very "hands on" and handle every case personally. I keep my practice small for true personal service (I don't have junior associates or paralegals that you get passed to, just a secretary who handles clerical work).
